Meetgen Early Adopters Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1st October 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Meetgen Early Adopters Program (“Program”) offered by Meetgen B.V. (“Meetgen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Meetgen Early Adopters Program is designed to give selected participants access to Meetgen.com products and features, including:

• Access to Meetgen's exclusive Slack community for performance marketers
• Free Starter plan until 1st of April 2026
• 50% discount on the Starter plan until 1st of January 2028
• Optional exclusive 1-on-1 onboarding sessions
• Direct access to and support from the founder
• Opportunities to shape future features through feedback
• Optional case study participation

Participation in the program is limited to 50 spots in total.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Create an active Meetgen account
• Follow the Program enrollment process as described on the website
• Be an active user, regularly engaging with Meetgen products

Meetgen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether you qualify as an active user.

3. Revocation of Access

Meetgen may revoke access to the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Inactivity or non-use of Meetgen products
• Violation of these Terms or other Meetgen policies
• Any behavior deemed harmful to Meetgen, its community, or other users

Revocation may occur without notice, and you acknowledge that no refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

4. No Liability

The Program and all associated benefits are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetgen accepts no liability for:

• Any loss, damages, or costs arising from your participation in the Program
• Any decisions or actions you take based on participation
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in Meetgen products

You agree to participate in the Program at your own risk.

5. Feedback and Intellectual Property

By providing feedback, suggestions, or ideas through the Program:

• You grant Meetgen a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, or implement your feedback in any way.
• You acknowledge that Meetgen may showcase participants as case studies on its platform at its sole discretion.

6. Program Modifications

Meetgen reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time
• Change Program benefits, requirements, or eligibility criteria
• Adjust the number of available spots

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
